What we collect

When you book: name, work email, firm, role, chosen group and the campaign that brought you (UTM tags). Stripe collects your payment and billing details; we never see your card number.

Why

To run your seat and send course communications (contract), and to tell you about this course and related Serra Education offers (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, EU region), Postmark (email) and Vercel (website hosting).

How long

Booking records are kept for the period our accounting obligations require. Marketing consent data is kept until you withdraw it or for 24 months after your last contact.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to us. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
